**Internal Rules and Regulations of Bege Resort Tourist Complex ***

The internal rules and the behavioral norms presented below aim to establish the conditions for the operation of our accommodation unit in civilized conditions and in compliance with legal regulations. This regulation's purpose is to establish the conditions for the stay of tourists within the guesthouse.

It applies to all tourists, who accept it by the mere fact of their accommodation at the guesthouse and must comply with it without exceptions or reservations.

In order for us to fulfill these wishes and ensure that you return to us many times with pleasure, we kindly ask you to respect the following internal rules:

General Rules

  1. The period between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is considered a period of rest and quiet. Please respect this time.
  2. Do not damage the property in the unit. In case of damage, the tourist owes the accommodation unit an amount equal to the value of the damaged item and the labor costs.
  3. Report any malfunctioning of equipment or installations as soon as possible. It is prohibited to repair them yourself.
  4. Do not disturb the peace of other tourists if, for objective reasons, you arrive after 10:00 PM.
  5. Do not leave children unattended. We are not responsible for accidents that occur as a result of neglecting children. We are also not responsible for accidents caused by the improper use of the guesthouse’s facilities.
  6. The use of large electrical appliances (such as stoves, radiators, kettles, hairdryers, etc.) is prohibited, as the power comes from solar energy and we could run out of electricity.
  7. Pets are only allowed with prior approval.
  8. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and other indoor spaces of the guesthouse, except for the courtyard and designated areas.
  9. Throwing cigarette butts anywhere other than designated ashtrays is prohibited.
  10. According to Romanian legislation, the consumption or sale of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances is prohibited.
  11. Waste and household refuse should be placed in trash bags, which can be obtained from the reception, or in the trash bins available throughout the unit.
  12. The sewage system is private, and wastewater is captured in a microbiological station that treats the water. To protect the environment, please do not throw non-degradable paper, plastic bags, sanitary products, or chemicals that cannot decompose or destroy the bacteria in the station.
  13. Upon the expiration of the reserved period, the room key will only be handed back to the reception after the room has been inspected.

Rooms

  1. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ROOMS! Smoking areas are designated.
  2. The consumption of seeds and food in rooms is prohibited. It is only allowed in the dining room and the courtyard.
  3. Access to rooms by strangers is only allowed with the administrator's consent.
  4. It is prohibited to organize parties in rooms, and loud music is not allowed; exceptions apply to groups who book the entire location and have the administrator's approval.
  5. Towels and bedding are not to be used for cleaning makeup, painting, shoes, suitcases, tables, floors, etc. They are only for personal use.

Common Space (Dining Room)

  1. The period between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is considered a period of rest and quiet. Please respect the rest hours.
  2. Parties can only be organized in the common space with the administrator's approval.

Courtyard

  1. Do not pick the plants or shrubs in the guesthouse’s courtyard.
  2. Access to the courtyard by strangers is only allowed with the administrator’s approval.
  3. Music in the courtyard is allowed until 10:00 PM at a low to medium volume, to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
  4. Barbecuing is only allowed in the designated area.
  5. Wood and charcoal for the barbecue are not provided.

Pool

  1. It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the pool.
  2. It is recommended to wear slippers, which should be removed only when entering the water.
  3. Pool hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Please respect the schedule.
  4. Water depth: 1.25 m. The water temperature is maintained between 28-30 degrees.
  5. Jumping into the pool is prohibited.
  6. The consumption of food and alcoholic beverages in the pool area is prohibited. To avoid accidents, only plastic cups should be used.

Hot Tub (Ciubăr)

  1. Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Please respect the schedule.
  2. Water depth: 1.10 m.
  3. Salted water, heated between 36-40 degrees.
  4. The maximum recommended usage time is 30 minutes.
  5. Smoking, consuming food, and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
